From the moment we arrived, we were given the signature Five Senses Fairmont Welcome by Mr. Haseen Ahmad Qureshi and his team, which set the tone for a truly special stay. Mr. Qureshi personally ensured that our experience was completely comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. We had initially planned to stay for just one night, but the hospitality and atmosphere convinced us to extend our stay by another day. The food at the restaurant Zarin was excellent, and the staff there took exceptional care of us, offering prompt and attentive service throughout. Traveling with our 2-year-old niece was made much easier thanks to the hotel’s thoughtful amenities and activities for children. She absolutely loved the puppet show, bangle-making activity, and the separate kids’ pool — which quickly became her favorite spot. What truly stood out was the warmth and personal touch in every interaction. Mr. Qureshi and his team made sure we had a grand, royal-style send-off that left us with wonderful memories. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Fairmont Jaipur to anyone seeking a luxurious, family-friendly, and heartwarming experience.

I was truly amazed by the excellent service provided during my stay at your hotel. All the staff members across every department were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. From the very beginning, I was impressed with the warm check-in experience—being greeted with a traditional hat, a beautiful bouquet, and genuine hospitality set the tone for my visit. The room itself was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning view that left me speechless. A very special thanks to my wonderful butler, Deepanshi. Your exceptional service, support, and kindness were unforgettable. Your warm smile made me feel at home and incredibly comfortable throughout my stay. The spa experience was also remarkable. I sincerely thank Mr. Shahid for recommending the perfect spa package tailored to my needs and the talented massage therapist (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) for his excellent skills. Afternoon tea was such a delightful experience, made even more special with the traditional music and dance performance. Breakfast the next morning was equally memorable. The team there was so kind and thoughtful, surprising me with a special cake. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mainak, who introduced me to authentic Indian cuisine for the very first time—it was a true eye-opening experience, rich in flavor and tradition. The only sad part of my visit was that I didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything for longer—I could only stay for one night. I truly hope to return soon and stay for a much longer visit! Thank you once again for making my stay so unforgettable.
