Thanks to the Manali Adwani for a fantastic service. She had arranged all the things very well. Stay at Fairmont was very good. Me and my wife had a great experience. The high tea was very good. And the quality of the food was maintained. I have customised the momos with no garlic and no onion, the taste was very good. The chef's and the staff was very cooperative.

We booked 3 rooms at Fairmont to celebrate our father's birthday and had an absolutely amazing weekend! The hotel went above and beyond—upgraded all our rooms, beautifully decorated one for the celebration, and surprised us with a delicious cake. The food throughout our stay was outstanding. A very special thanks to Ms. Manali Adwani, who made our experience truly memorable. She was in constant touch, ensured everything was perfect, and even gave us a lovely memento to take back. Truly exceptional hospitality!

Our stay at Fairmont was overall good and comfortable. The food was absolutely fantastic – great variety, taste, and presentation. However, there were a couple of concerns that did affect our experience slightly. Firstly, the washroom latches need serious attention. I had raised a concern regarding the latch being easily opened from the outside with just a slight press. When I contacted the staff, I was told that it’s designed that way, which is quite surprising and doesn’t feel secure or private enough for a luxury stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient. Staff were friendly and attentive, specifically one of the staff named Haseen, he ensured that I have a smooth check-in and overall pleasant experience.

What a stunning property!! The rooms are gorgeous and hospitality is just next level. From the minute you arrive you are treated like royalty, the welcome experience is too sweet. Amazing food - loved the thaali at Zoya. Breakfast spread was lavish. Cant wait to come back!!

Beautiful property, amazing food but average services. Went for a friend’s wedding and stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Just the only request from the staff is to fulfil the small feasible requests will make big impact in service. My Experience: 1. I asked for a charger as I lost mine and could have been arranged, paying 15k/night i would expect this small help but they bluntly said no. 2. I caught fever and wanted warm water from the kitchen as i was not in position to do by myself but the staff said that do it with kettle and water in room. I mean, i don’t expect that at all.
