The owner behavior is very rude, he is ill mannered and don't know how to talk. High rates for mess for students. But a guy named Ashok is the best staff and very cooperative. I salute him from the centre of my heart. There is no discipline in the restaurant, they serve bloody dusty food and no cleaning.

Poor Service, unhygienic environment, rooms too small, Have to ask again and again for basic amenities like water. You keep on ringing phone to reception no one bothers to pick up. No channels in the TV work. I ordered Rice and Dal and green salad, he brought rice and dal in a broken plate and after 20 mins brought salad when I was done with my dinner.Staff came at 10 pm in night to ask for room rent, which I believe can be done during any hours of the day. Whenever stepping out staff use to ask am I checking out???Bed Linens too dirty. Washroom worst. I still can't understand for what did they charge 7000/- rs just for 10 days, when water in washroom can stop anytime, TV is just a show pieace and in this covid time couldn't even get fresh linens...

When I have reached out the hotel l meet with manager he says no room available for you. You can cancel your booking and complaint against him to OYO. He didn't support me. I have already paid for the room on OYO. That was my worst experience with Royal Residency.

Wonderful Stay! Everything was very good, I enjoyed my stay there, the location is very peaceful and rooms are clean and hygienic. There are beautiful tourist attractions nearby including Amber Fort which is a must see.

Incredibly cold and dirty rooms. Sometimes power goes off for an hour or so. Stuff doesn't understand English but makes faces like they did understand.

They don't accept booking through OYO or other booking apps. And behaviour towards guests is too rude.
