Vansh Palace

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. Geyser Not Working: The geyser in my room didn’t work, leaving me with no option for hot water throughout my stay. Despite complaining multiple times, no permanent solution was provided. Bathroom Flush Issues: The bathroom flush was non-functional, adding to the frustration. Basic amenities like this should be in working condition, but sadly, this wasn’t the case here. Room Changes: I was moved to different rooms not once but three times, each with its own set of problems. This shows a complete lack of preparedness and maintenance. Room Cleanliness: The rooms were far from clean. Dust and dirt were visible everywhere, and the lack of attention to hygiene was appalling. Beddings and Stains: The bedding was not replaced, and there were stains all over it. This lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the hotel’s standards. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of functionality, cleanliness, and basic customer care made my stay incredibly unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and would suggest looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and hygienic stay.

No infrastructure to support winter accommodation. Poor linen, sharing geyser between 2 rooms. Had to stand in que to take bath like public bathroom. Suggest not to opt for this location.

The bath water heaters are a complete disaster. I had to resort to boiling water in an induction kettle just to take a bath, which is utterly ridiculous. This place is definitely not suitable for families. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Best budget friendly Hotel in Kukas. Rooms were clean. They have their own caffeteria at top, no need to goto restaurants. Good Staff behaviour. Value for money!!

Not Recommended for winter, people had to stand in que to take bath. Sharing 1 geyser for 2 rooms. Linen are also found dirty, took 1 hr to settle down. Cleaning done on intervention after arrival in room.

Rooms are good, location is okay. Staff doesn’t speak any English. Food menu very limited and pure veg. They don’t have even eggs.

Vansh palace Hotel is fabulous property. All the staff behavior is also exelent. Hyginic atmosphire. Overall experienc was amazing.
