Hotel Travaasa Jaipur

We have booked three rooms on 2nd November 2024, for one day. At the time of check-in the receptionist behave well but on next day morning we notice that no toliatory kit available, no towel available in the room, we have called to receptionist to availble such things they replied that Market is not open we are not able to Provide the same at 8.00 AM. Towels, water botel, soap and shampoo pouch is basic amenities in hotel which they can arrange out side if it is not available whithin 5 min, but they don't want to provide. I have to go out and purchase the same. I don't know how the hotel is running if they are not having backup plan to Tap water in bathroom. On same day their Water tank emptied and Machine not working they are making excuses to wait for half hour, But no one having the way out. After waiting for 2 hours I have meet The manager and than he replied that motor repairing is not my work you have to wait for 2-3 hours. This is not sensible. Very pathetic Staff when you go just arrange all the things your self. I recommended book "V one Hotel' in same price range and near to this location. If there rating for service in negative I prefer to give the same..

We stayed at this hotel last year when visiting Ajmer. The staff is polite, service was very good and excellent cleanliness. Also very economical.

My experience at the hotel was excellent. The hotel staff's behavior was also exemplary. My check-in and check-out processes were very smooth, and I'd like to extend my gratitude to Ms. Jaya for her kind assistance during the check-in process and for providing exceptional service.

Good property with nice staff! Not only was the hotel's building and rooms beautiful but mainly the Ms. Jaya and the staff was absolutely amazing. The customer service was fab. The banquet hall and hotel has the beautiful ambiance. I have to say every single staff member in the hotel was very cooperative and made my stay memorable.
