I had booked a table at Aura Rooftop (Hotel Sanskar Prime ) for dinner. The staff had already told us that the buffet closes at 11:00 PM. But due to some urgent personal work, we reached there by 11:15 PM. Despite arriving at Aura Rooftop for dinner at 11:15 PM, Fifteen minutes past the buffet's scheduled closing time of 11:00 PM, the manager graciously accommodated us upon learning of reason for our late arrival . He extended the buffet service for an additional 30 minutes and instructed the staff to serve all available food items directly to our table, ensuring we could enjoy our meal seamlessly. The entire team at Aura Rooftop, fully engaged in accommodating us, provided exceptional service, and we wholeheartedly enjoyed our dining experience. We extend our sincere gratitude to The team for their exemplary hospitality. We will come again.

Stayed for a month, staff was very supportive, provided everything we needed in breakfast. Best hotel to stay for a month. They also customized the breakfast menu for us. Chef made amazing french toast and omelette for us almost everyday. Thanks to the staff....!
