Pathetic… i had made my booking through the OYO app. But after reaching the property the woner said that the rooms are full and OYO simply takes booking without checking the availability. Even the location of the property is not correct and the owner of the property was also very rude.

Worst and terrific experience I had in my life. I booked this hotel through OYO and made the payment by online. Then I arrived the hotel and told them the details. The receptionist guy asked me the amount which I paid and then he asked me 1500 more to get the room. I denied to give 1500 more and I connected to OYO customer care. OYO called them and he said something is not included in OYO app. He was very rude and I returned from there without taking room. I get the refund from OYO but I lost my cab fare and all. This is a fraud trick these Jaipuri guys playing to loot and exploit the customers.

WORST and TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE I had in my life. I booked this hotel through OYO and made the payment by online. Then I arrived at the hotel and told them the details. The receptionist guy waited until my cab left and then asked me the amount which I paid and then he asked me 757 more to get the room.He said many other things to disappoint and Belittle me. Saying that Hotel is not within my range No room is available for the Price I Paid etc ., It is already 10:00 O clock in the night I came with family Without any argument I paid the amount and checked in since the cab already left. I'm left with not much choice. Next day morning I asked for Bill the receptionist said lame excuses saying that system is not working.When I said I'm not leaving without Bill. He threatened me to getaway and he is not going to give anything.These guys are Rowdies. HIGHLIGHT is this HOTEL is FIVE STAR ⭐ RATED IN OYO APP. Now I can't believe OYO App ratings also. Another highlight is Review and rating TAB is not working in OYO APP for this Hotel data only so neither I can give my review in OYO App. What a Brilliant scheme SIR G. He was very rude.This is a fraud trick these kind of guys play to loot and exploit the customers.

It was a very bad experience. All the comments which are written here are true. Staff behaviour was very rude. They were not helpful They were charging extra for the room. I have booked the at a price of 599/- through the oyo app. But when I arrived over their. They were asking of 1500/- INR. So I straight away canceled the bookings. At that time also the staff and the receptionist behaviour was very harsh. They were no even able to negotiate even after that. I have also called the oyo helpline. But the staff was not ready to listen to that oyo support team executive. Trust me guys I m writing the experience which I have face.

this is worst of the property, oyo shows its inflated rating 4.9 on the app please dont book. They will ask you more money if you book online. Oyo people are nuts they will keep you on hold for more than an hour. This hotel goes by another name the shekhawati which is very difficult to find out at given location

All things which describes above by others just true in reality happened with me. We face many problem in check in. They neither allow to in nor help in cancle the room. Those three guy(staff) very rude in behaviour.they just play with us.Service by them is also disgusting no key, no wifi and extra pay demand. ...... I only want to say they same type treat with everyone. Even they said for extra pay after the online paid 'MT KRNA'.... Plzzz don't trust them.

Pathetic experience, they charged extra money, used abusive language, there were three male person DRUNKED, Collectively come like GUNDAGARDI. TOILET SEAT was leaking all the waste very badly when we informed them about it they blamed us that we did it and again asked us for money. They did not refund our money instead of that asked to take more money we left the hotel it is not safe for anyone. Can't write many things which I saw that was happening there. They said OYO is fake they provide rooms at cheaper price isiliye hum OYO se book karane par room nahi dete h Why OYO is not taking any action for these kind of hotels?

1- demanding extra money when we check in 2- he say that if I'm checkin with oyo then they will not give any services like no room attended no room cleaning no breakfast (i attached pic of room) 3- I want early check-in they demand extra money 1000rs. Per room But in oyo policy 10am to 12pm early check-in is complementary. Then after 12:15pm they will give me check in. 4- the original picture in oyo townhouse app and original aare very different 5- they want my for at the time of check in and they give form my mobile self feedback (fake feedback) 6-all staff behavior is very rude. 7- proprty owner not give my money back I will give to 1500Rs and my room fare is 1436rs. When I ask to return my money they behavior is very rude and say that pessa wapas nahi milega. Very bed experience with oyo 😔
