NillI recently attempted to stay at this hotel and I can confidently say it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival, I was met with a staff member who was not only disrespectful but also completely unhelpful. I had made an online booking through OYO, and when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed me that they do not accept online bookings from OYO. This was shocking, especially since I had received a confirmation email and had already paid for my stay. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the staff member was dismissive and condescending, making me feel as if I was the one at fault for their apparent policy. When I asked for clarification and a possible solution, the staff member rolled their eyes and told me there was nothing they could do. I felt completely disregarded and unwelcome. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them, and I left feeling humiliated and frustrated. After this experience, I had to scramble to find another place to stay, which added unnecessary stress to my trip. There are plenty of other hotels that value their guests and provide the hospitality that you deserve. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place

NillI recently had the misfortune of trying to check into Hotel Grand Aana Inn, and I can honestly say it was one of the most humiliating experiences I've ever encountered while traveling. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a staff member who seemed completely uninterested in providing any form of customer service. When I presented my reservation made through OYO, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told, quite rudely, that they do not accept online bookings from OYO. Instead of offering any assistance or solutions, the staff member simply shrugged and told me to "take it up with OYO." I felt utterly embarrassed standing there, especially as other guests looked on. It was as if I was being scolded for something that was entirely out of my control. The lack of professionalism and respect was astounding. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, the staff seemed to take pleasure in my discomfort. To make matters worse, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. I was left stranded and had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute, which added unnecessary stress to my trip. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Hotel Grand Aana Inn to think twice. The staff's blatant disrespect and refusal to honor legitimate bookings are unacceptable. Save yourself the humiliation and choose a hotel that values its guests and provides the hospitality you deserve. This place is a complete disaster.

NillRecently I was on Jaipur trip. I stayed in hotel grand aana inn . All amenities are provided at affordable prices. Staff behaviour was very nice and cooperative. The owner of hotel Mr. Gaurav Chaudhary was a amazing person and become very good friend of mine And it was also nearby Jagatpura Railway Station.i recommend you all guys to must visit this hotel once .
