Hotel Heritage

If you are looking for just a stay without a food then it's fine, you can go for it, however if you need both stay and meals or other services then I will not recommend this hotel, I am very disappointed as I have to keep calling them over and over for a cup of tea or a bottle of water, asked them for a glass of hot water as my friend was unwell and she had to take her meds, but they took more than 2 hours for that. Such a worst service I would say. I'm sure all the ratings which is shown are fake.
