Victoria Regency Hotel

Extremely happy and very satisfied with my stay of 6 nights and 5 days at this property. It's proximity from mohali station is just about 2 kms. Location is really nice and just opposite to CP67 mall, the best hangout place in Mohali. Hotel staff was very courteous and prompt on customer requests. Neat and clean rooms with clean linen and washrooms. Who so ever has plans for Mohali travel, can definitely check into this hotel.

The ambience of the hotel is pretty good. The rooms as well as the bed sheets are very neat and clean. The food is great and the service of the staff is great too.

Worst hotel experience ever. At check-in, staff took my full breakfast order, but in the morning they rudely said only one item would be served. When I questioned them, the reception guy shockingly told me, “From next time don’t come to this hotel again.” On top of that, the room was full of insects flying around at night — completely unhygienic and disgusting. The staff is arrogant, unprofessional, and the service is pathetic. If you care about basic respect, hygiene, and comfort, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Too bad experience. Staff don't respond to queries.and have no manner how to deal. No services provided by staff even manager @AnekChand has also not supported. Extra charges for each things even on dental kit ,water bottles and additional room services like soaps which is provided by everyone. Not recommended to anyone with such bad experience.

My experience with the victoria hotel was terrible. We had booked the rooms for two days but they make us to left the room, said rooms are booked by a group so you have to leave the room. Staff totally unprofessional. Even they did not provide the minral water after saveral calls. They make us to go at the reception and take bottles from there. This kind of hotel you can't imagine. During payment they charged us 74 rs for the drinking water. So terrible experience. Suggest to everyone do not stay there.

My experience with this hotel with reciption staff is very Bad.Reciption staff no manner which word use or which word used.no communication with staff I never stay in this hotel and not recommend any person . Very bad experience.
