Avoid GG RESIDENCY My recent stay at GG RESIDENCY was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the owner's rude set the tone for the entire visit. It's astounding how unwelcoming and disrespectful they were to paying guests. Adding insult to injury, the washroom facilities were deplorable. Filthy conditions and neglectful maintenance left me feeling disgusted and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of GG RESIDENCY.

Except location... Everything was perfectly fine Along with superb privacy, hygiene. Everything was good and up to the mark... Will visit again

Worst service by staff. Unhygienic washroom and when we asked to clean it up they said we will do it in 10 min and after waiting for long they said room cleaning will be done only in morning...we can just use room freshner now...pillows and bedsheets were not clean...owner of hotel was rude

They did not give me the room that I had paid for. It was complete disappointment. The property is in a very small village Gali The food was good. So was staff. Washroom was not clean. Parking is available.

Waste of Money! It's the worst experience I have ever felt. They refused to provide basic amenities (pillow covers were not given, room and bathroom were too much dirty, didn't provide internet and TV was non-functional). Towel, bedsheet and blanket provided very used and filthy, room was smelling. Overall waste of money, very very disappointed stay at this hotel.

We booked it online and when we arrived they said there is no booking in our name.... Bcoz they didn't get the confirmation..... Staff at the reception refused to help..... Rude ... Zero knowledge of anything....still working on notebooks..... Same thing happened with another family.... It was 9pm and we were on road searching for another hotel..... Pathetic experience.... Don't book it at any cost.......
