Treebo The King Mohali

Wonderful budget hotel. Service is excellent. Manager is a beautiful soul. All basic amenities available in the room. Enjoyed our three days of stay. Breakfast though limited variety but is sufficient and tasty.

The hotel is absolutely horrible! The rooms were filthy, with cockroaches crawling everywhere. The smell was unbearable – it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was zero cleanliness, and hygiene is clearly not a priority here. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude, especially the guy at the reception. Instead of helping, he behaved as if he was doing us a favor by letting us stay there. No basic courtesy, no professionalism. If you value your money, health, and peace of mind, do NOT stay here under any circumstances. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, everything was well-organized and smooth. The location is ideal — centrally placed with easy access to major attractions and transport. It made getting around easy for everyone in the group, which was a huge plus. What truly stood out was the staff’s polite and courteous behavior. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Whether it was front desk assistance, housekeeping, or room service, they handled everything with a smile. All 19 of us were very happy with the level of service and attention we received — a rare find these days! The rooms were neat, the bathrooms spotless, and overall cleanliness was impeccable. It’s clear that hygiene and guest satisfaction are top priorities here. I highly recommend Hotel Treebo The King to anyone planning a group stay, family event, or even a solo trip. This hotel checks all the right boxes — comfort, service, and value!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Bed was cozy, AC worked well, and overall ambiance was peaceful. Great stay with all basic amenities in place. Perfect for a relaxing break.

Very good service.. Excellent staff.. Manager is very friendly and understanding.. Also gave us an 1 hour extra for checkout... Very much happy to book this hotel..

I had a fantastic stay! The owner is incredibly dedicated to customer satisfaction and made sure I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. He also extends help whatever he can do in his capacity for new to city visitors too. A truly comfortable experience—definitely a must-visit place!
