The hotel had good hygiene, but the staffs are idiots who don't use common sense to do things, even if they need to call the owner they need 4hrs.

The hotel owner has no respect how to talk to customer. He was so rude n so loud. The rooms were not even worth it. It was so small. Would never ever go to this hotel again.

I arrived at Chandigarh Airport around 6:30 a.m. For early check-in, I connected more than four hotels. The only hotel that offered complimentary early check-in was Hotel King Palace. The staff and manager are very polite.
