FabHotel Moon Trip - Hotel in Balongi, Mohali

I had applied for my booking at your mohali branch. The booking was confirmed and i even made the full payment. Yet some one from reception named shivam called and told me that my booking has been shifted to the Moon Trip. Keeping in mind the quality of your Mohali branch. When i checked in, the hotel staff was sleeping on the floor. We had to wait for 15-20 min before we were finally successful in waking them up. Upon a request for a late checkout, the staff present rejected with a profound rude behaviour. There was no bellboy , no elevator and we had to take our heavy luggage through 3 floors. The room is considerably smaller and the TV is not working. Screw you, Fab Hotels 😊

After going to the Hotel, they asked me for extra money to pay. They charged me double for 1 whole day to stay, as the owner keep saying oyo has made the price down. Moreover the room was not clean , TV was not working, there was no A.C in the room and also the geyser was not working. I would suggest everyone not to ops for this Hotel ever as it would be a regretting day for you.

Hotel was just okay, bedsheet and pillow covers were not clean, while in booking breakfast was included but hotel staff refused for any food whatsoever and said you should order online, my extra money was spent for no reason. No window rooms available at all, feels suffocating, room smelled bad all the times..and yeah TV was dead, they need to get it back on track 😂

Worst Service. I had booked this hotel through OYO app for two nights but when I reached the hotel I was denied check-in and they started asking extra money 1000 rs in cash.When I raised this issue with OYO they credited the extra amount to the hotel but still I was denied checkin and they said that OYO should talk to the manager directly etc. Since I arrived here with friends and a lot of luggage I just wasted my time for around two hours when I could have looked for another hotel. I don't know about offline booking but for online bookings I would suggest others to think twice.

Rooms are too good and good behaving staf. But when I said about Oyo to hotel first time they refused my booking and ask for extra ammount for three persons. But in last they agree with same ammount for three. Well hotel is too good. And working staff

This property manager is totally awkward. Because he denied to give me check in and asked for extra money As we as tried to call to customer service that was more frustrating, they said you can't get this property and you have to cancel the booking we will be going to give you more recommendations near to this property. So I decided to cancel at that time but customer service hung up on me. That was totally a bad experience with both Oyo and Oyo services. After that I'm continuously trying to reach customer service but they are not reachable. After 4 hour booking was checked out that is the strategy of Oyo in these days. Harrassed with services. Will be going to sue you in legals.

It was really very bad experience of my life ever. I will really not suggest anyone or my known to stay in this hotel because this hotel has not a good environment or ambiance for a family stay.
