Hotel Alphonso

It was an ok hotel. Room is very small considering the price and locality. Although everything is properly clean, I don't like the stay here as the room is claustrophobic. I have had better stays in less than this price and in better loactions.

Great service & very good rooms. I stopped here with family and friends for 15 days. Staff were extremely friendly, mamagement MR. SOHAN LAL was great, a credit to his service. Rooms where very clean, any issues where sorted by room service team within minutes. Good sized bathrooms, and hot water 24/7...shower was a good size. We stopped in the deluxe rooms and they were of high standard. Highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars.

I booked their suite room but the bath tub was broken and continuously draining asked them to change my room but they denied and said we don’t have any other suite available but on the app there was showing availability also they take extra cash on the table as compared to the app

Alphonso Hotel exceeded our expectations! The luxurious rooms were impeccably clean, the staff provided exceptional service, the location was convenient, and the dining options were delectable. A truly memorable stay that we highly recommend! 5/5 stars.

Booked this hotel for 4 days First they showed me room , after I selected deluxe room with window they took my things to other room which was classic after lots of argument at reception they finally gave the room I selected . Except one bell boy and sardar g (door man) whole staff very rude . Specially the girl at reception she haasss some attitude which u can feel at first meet. Room was clean , Now the man on duty at parking during day time he was so ignorant and never care to reply .. very good at ignoring when asked where to park our car we had to park at front of neighbour hotel parking. Overall experience at hotel Was very bad only because of few staff Members . Totally not recommend if you really need service . Water bottle will be charged that also more Than MRP and gst extra
