SPOT ON Hc Palace

This hotel is the best. I like their service and all of their amenities are good. The room was very clean and it had lots of space. It is also in a great location, which makes it easy to get to other places during your stay without too much hassle.

When I reached the hotel reception, the receptionist attended graciously. He showed me the room. It was good, so I agreed to stay and gave my proof. I paid the money by using Google pay.

There was lack of buccket ,sandle on washroom and inside room also they don't provide sandle room should clean everyday but there was problem rest all was good staff were friendly

The manager initial didn't give right information.After reaching at hotel they told me to cancel my booking and charge according to him.All night there was no light ,there was not inverter or generator.Actully I can't sleep for an hour.Please don't recommend this hotel on yr app.Don't like it was like torture without fan water and other facilities for whole night

It's not that great , they list low price online but after they charge you high as you have no choice then you have to book it at high price I think Oyo should put some extra effort on term and conditions

Room service is so poor did nit provide any soap,towels and ever drinking water was not there. Note:- he told me that next time i will cancel your booking if it below 500rs

This was one of the worst Oyo i went on. I booked an AC room but doesn't get the AC Room. The OYO staff was arrogant and was shouting on me. Worst condition of room and washrooms are soo pathetic that u can't even stand there.

overall according to price it was good but disappointment there was no slipper and buccketover all it was good in terms of price staff was helpfull.there was no sandle and bucket in wash room
