Hotel Shanti Sagar

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was not up to expectations. While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, there were several inconveniences that affected the stay. The landline phone in the room was not working, which made it difficult to reach the front desk for assistance. Additionally, there was no TV remote provided, which was quite frustrating. Service also fell short — the staff wasn’t very attentive and response times were slower than expected. For the price and standard the hotel claims to offer, I believe basic amenities and service quality need significant improvement. Would recommend only if you’re looking for a short stay without relying too much on services.

The staff makes the property 10 times better than it already is. I loved how the staff was polite and sweet, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Special thanks to all who making us feel like family....

The cultural experience at Hotel Shanti sagar left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

The service was extremely poor — I wouldn’t even want to give it a single star. I had requested 4 liters of regular RO water (equivalent to 4 water bottles), but the person delivering it questioned why I needed so much water, saying, “You are only two people, why do you need 4 bottles?” and ended up giving me only 3. I found this behavior very strange and unprofessional. Additionally, the toilet flush wasn’t working properly, and I had to call multiple times to get it fixed.

Truly, Shanti Sagar lives up to its name. The entire staff was amazing and helpful. Delicious food, cold drinks, all the snacks, seating arrangements and infrastructure were great and it was a wonderful wedding event.The rooms and toilets were also very clean. Special thanks to Mr. Sunny Thakur.

Hotel shanti Sager is most popular hotel is designed for guests and the family hotel is hotel room is decorated is very very nice and hotel food very tasty yes. Osam 👌🏼👌🏼
