Hotel Shanti Sagar

Not at all recommended , this is one of the worst hotels I have ever come across, the behaviour of staff is too rude , I recently booked the venue for my brother’s marriage , the food quality was not at all good , there were not enough waiters for serving the food. The most important thing there was no water arrangement and toiles were very shabby even public toiles are more clean . Banquets hall manager Mr Ashok is too rude and very irresponsible person , he ruined the whole program .

Went here for family function, service was too bad. Venu manager was giving excuses . Service for snacks were too less, drinks was not appropriate in quantity . cutlery was not cleaned and waiters were serving in used dishes.. not recommended !!!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Santi Sagar and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stylish decor and impeccable cleanliness throughout. My room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities I could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

. I had a wonderful experience.Overall, I had a great experience with Shanti Sagar ,staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
