Hotel Clarion Inn AMPS

Highly dissatisfied with our stay here. Stayed here for one night but was so dissatisfied that even though had initially planned for a 2 day stay, shifted to another hotel the next day. The bedsheet had stains and there was hair on the bedsheet, pillows and blanket cover..... obviously these had not been changed since the last guest. The changed sheets too were crumpled and we were told that the hotel does not iron its linen after wash..... something unbelievable for a hotel charging upwards of Rs 8k and posting testimonials of actors and cricketers on its website! The towels too were worn out and dull looking and badly in need of replacement . There were small insects on the bedside table and in the washroom. The service in the dining room was painfully slow both for dinner and breakfast. No one was bothering to refill the near empty containers in the breakfast buffet unless told to do so. The girls there were extremely polite and did not say no to any request. However they were not getting adequate support from the kitchen/backend. The cutlery too needs some condemnation. The spoon provided at the table during dinner was totally black on the convex side, probably had suffered deep burns. On pointing this to the girl catering to our table, she blurted the mandatory sorry . The politeness of the staff could not do much to enhance our staying experience . The hotel management needs to improve on many fronts and take care of not just VIPs but normal non VIP guests too.

We had organised our sister's wedding haldi, mehendi, etc. at the venue. The service during the events were fantastic. Ms.Jaskirat and Mr. Sachin were highly supportive during the entire 2 days of the event. From accomodating last moment requirements to ensuring all guests were having a great time, they made the event a success.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable and smooth experience, but it fell short in several areas. The rooms are just average—clean enough, but nothing special in terms of comfort or amenities. One of the biggest disappointments was the restaurant on the first floor. Despite advertising a buffet, it wasn’t available during my stay. Instead, they offered a thali as a replacement, which felt like a downgrade. The menu overall is extremely limited, and not what you’d expect from a hotel of this rating. Service was another letdown. The staff seemed unprofessional and disorganized. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and still found myself waiting longer than necessary. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to 4-star standards. Needs significant improvement in service and dining to justify the rating.

We booked from 27th sept to 5th October for marriage. Today in d complimentary breakfast menu that too during navaratri we get a piece of bone in chole. D piece was not with meat ,only bone,that means it was eaten by somebody else n then left out food was mixed while preparing d chole. So, b careful before before booking n eating in this hotel.

Staff is very cooperative and Welcoming. Handling customers in a well mannered way. Food quality is also good. Ambience is great. Nainpreet F&B manager facilitate our guests in a very cooperative and welcoming manner.

Restaurant staff very helpful and courteous. They extended for us even when we reached late for breakfast. It was good to see all women staff ! Diversity ! F&b manager Nainpreet and her team is amazing!
