OYO Heritage Corner

I recently had a highly disappointing stay at a hotel I booked through MakeMyTrip. The experience was far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations. Firstly, the room I was assigned was the worst I have ever stayed in. It was unclean, with visible dirt and grime on the surfaces. The bedsheet was stained and clearly not changed from the previous guest, which was both unsanitary and unacceptable. Booking through MakeMyTrip turned out to be a mistake, as the hotel did not match the description or photos on their website. The reality was starkly different and much worse. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and urge MakeMyTrip to reconsider listing such properties on their platform. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Rooms are totally out dated. Ac are poor. Service is pathetic. Location near a flyover, whole night heavy traffic noise disturbs. Main thing is the administration is fraudy and receptionist or care taker is so cunning and stupid. PLEASE AVOID But if you are bound to hire these rooms. Don't pay exceed 800/- Check for atleast 20mints for AC opration.

Worst hotel ever i have seen....they charge more than it is shown on oyo ...i booked for 807 on oyo but they charged me 1000 rs. No hygiene is.maintained there are cockroachs everywhere. No water provided. No keys for locking your room.. fan without regulator. AC without remote. Bathroom was more dirty than a public toilet. There were bugs in bedsheet very dirty pillows.door lens was destroyed. I request oyo to please remove this hotel from your website it is downgrading your image. Worst hotel ever

worst hotel in my entire lifetime, i just checked the pictures on oyo and not the reviews, if i had checked reviews, i never had to select this hotel! oyo showed a lower price and they charged me extra while reaching!

Good rooms, delay in room service good for 1 or 2 nights or small duration stay only. Bathroom equipments like shower and heater are not well maintained. You will have to personally approach reception for your requirements. Overall ok for just 1 or 2 nights stay.

Rooms are very dirty and even the bedsheet was also filled up with dirt. No basic facilities were avilable like towel, soap, shampoo etc.

I had the worst experience of a hotel stay in Patiala at Heritage Corner. Doing an early check-in I understand not everything is possible but giving me a room which had mould on the walls and used condom in the washroom was not acceptable. The intercoms don't work so I had to clean the washroom myself. This all was room 101. When I wanted to check-in in my real room the receptionist didn't even know which rooms were empty in the hotel. The intercoms don't work so I had to pass messages to the cleaning lady and the receptionist. The cleaning lady was the most helpful at that time and actually was the one managing everything. She gave us 2 options and told us to shift to another room. The bedsheet was used, pillow covers were not clean, pillows were brown and were not washed in a long time. Given towel was washed but tearing apart in itself. Dustbin was not cleaned. No drinking water was provided. The wall in front of the bed had blood stains on the wall for no apparent reason. All the washrooms are connected via a duct to the kitchen on the ground floor. I know this because the duct is not covered and I could hear people all day from the kitchen. Duct sent aromas of food and swearing direct to my room from kitchen. When it was time to checkout, the cleaning lady only came to inform that. I don't know where was all the staff of the hotel but I didn't interact with anybody except at the reception. Whatever salary is being paid to the cleaning lady, I think is less. She should be the highest paid person in the entire hotel. At least that would improve her mood. The staff was not polite at all.

I had very bad experience there. No internet.no electricity in the morning on 20.8.2022 no backup. No water to take bath. No soap. no drinking water in the room. Arrange your own water bottle. No towel in the room. Behaviour of receptionist non cooperative. I have left Patiala on 20.8.22 at 6.30 AM & he was asking about to pay RS 40/- cash for Drinking water,but I did not pay as i had not get any water bottle. The room which was given to me room no.106, was without key. It is all about my stay at Patiala.
