OYO 29950 Hotel ML Pride

I could have given it a 3 stars but due to the foul sewage smell, I had an extremely poor stay here. The property had good parking space and rooms are okay but else all is pathetic. They don't have a lift. No amenities are provided, poor cleanliness, poor maintenance. One of the staff of age at around 45 years was rude, others were polite and helpful. Sewage smell is all over in washrooms and passage areas.

I have stayed here & I have paid room charges via phone pay but payment not processed due to technical error but my payment got processed after one day I contacted immediately to hotel for the same with attached screenshot of processed payment but hotel's staff denied that we didn't got payment even they refused to recognise me after the incident via telephone. I have also made room payment in cash during payment failure. This is the type of a fraud of hotel's staff of earning extra money. Highly recommended for all not to stay at that property.

We are visting from last 1.5 year in this hotel previous staff was very co-operate but today we visit there reception staff was very rude and they are lying that room services are not available specially television is not working in all rooms. We are very disappointed from them.i specially recommend donot visit this hotel. Also bathrooms are very unhygienic at all. Very bad service.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff. The interiors are made of the best quality. The rooms are beautifully designed. The quality is top notch when it comes to hospitality and management. All the chefs are very good in their preparation. Amazing and delicious food. Must see place. THIRD CLASS HOTEL & THEIR SERVICE BAD PROPERTY PLEASE DON’T GO THERE ————————————————————————— I am Book a Deluxe room Through Agoda When at the night we are going For Checkin firstly the person who sits on reception denied for room and says we have no room in the hotel we will upgrade your room if you give us more Money when I denied to give them money he said only one room are left go and check when we going for check the room it smells very badly may be cigarette smell and the situation of the room is horrible oh yukk tore Bedsheet spots on Bedsheet Dirty Washroom with bad smell When we go for Breaktast they say only Alu Parantha in Complimentary Breakfast Service of the staff very Bad They took 40 minutes for two Alu Paranthas. Cassalotey Bad Experience with the Hotel. Third And Their Staff Members. Didn't Recommend to anybody To Go There. Very Bad Experience

Beautiful hotel, definitely way better than expected. Rooms were clean and spacious with grohe bathroom fittings. Receptionists were polite. The breakfast Huge veg selection. Pranthas were great and south Indian dishes too. Would love more fresh juice options . Overall we enjoyed our stay. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

A decent hotel with a great view in front of Kali Mata mandir. Situated near main market and omaxe Mall so you can easily go and shop, eat explore the market whatever you want. Service could have been a bit better and also the bedsheets and blanket covers were not cleaned up properly.

We went to Patiala and stay in The M.L Pride Hotel, excellent experience here, so nice room , excellent food service, excellent food taste as per our choice, excellent Operations, Excellent Hospitality, staff was well trained, knowledge ful staff, sure we will recommend to our friends and reletive for this hotel, overall excellent experience.
