Hotel is bit average. Rooms have plenty of space but I still dont get the idea of how the bathrooms in this hotel are structured. ACs in some of the room are in bad condition and it takes much longer time to cool up the room. Outside food is not allowed in this hotel. Staff is friendly and some basic facilities like iron, refrigerator is present on every floor.

Osam Hotel ...Nice Staff ..Owner Nature really good...They are following actual rules of Hotel..Family environment..Every thing was good ..I stayed 4 nights..I never felt uncomfortable...Receptionist staff and service all are good and respected talk.

Worst experience. Lack of cleanliness and the ac in the room was not working. After many complaints the staff tried to turn on the ac but didnt work. Somehow managed with the ac but the fan in the room stopped because of no power supply. Had to spend whole night without fan and ac. Next morning the manager didnt even felt sorry for the poor hospitality and asked for the remaining balance to be paid. More money for the restless night. I suggest if you are booking this hotel do check fan ac and cleanliness of the room.

Perfect place to stay. Great location just walking from kali mata mandir & Omaxe mall & Market areas . Hotel not allowed outside food rest but in house restaurant 😋. Staff & manager polite nature & helpful . Hotel rooms clean also you can watch TV with all chanel. 🤟😇🤩

The most unique quality here is it's affordability. At 1000 Rs. This hotel is a steal deal today. But the food leaves a lot to be desired. There is some restrictions too like no alcohol or outside food. But overall good.
