It was the worst hotel I've ever seen. We ordered a food from the hotel. They ask to wait for 40to50 mins. But food came after 1hr and 30 min. And even the food was not properly cooked for which they charge us as compare to 3/4 star restaurant. and even it was not all food what we ordered and when we ask them where is the another food the manager said the cook is drunk and Cannot make another dish after waiting for 1hr 30min. When we ask manager if u are able to give us a gud service u should have tell us that food is not available than we would have go out for the food. After than manager was started arguing with us. manager was like if u don't like the food than why did u eat it.it was 11:30 in the night all the restaurants was closed so we had to eat that food. The worst oyo hotel I've ever seen in my life. 😠😠😠

I made a call to the person who use to sits on counter of urban guest house for booking a room. On phone he said that sir u r welcome 24 hrs no problem. But next day when i visited the guest house at the reception a guy was sitting i asked to book my room he refused and said that i haven't got any call regarding this.

Room was neat and clean, staff was helpful. I forgot few clothes in the room. Next day, I called them about the same. The person on the other end was very cooperative. He helped to retrieve the articles... Great!

Poor service. Rooms with smell. No room service. Last but not the least ill mannered staff. Worst experience ever. If you wanna take revenge from any one, then book a room here for that person. Rest hotel staff and worst rooms will do.

We ordered food at about 7:40 PM, they delivered at 9:13 PM. They won't even provide you free water. There is no geyser in the bathroom.

Worst hotel for stay. Room have rotten eggs smell. Took advance payment and after seeing room when i canceled room they refuse to give money back. I suggest not to book this hotel.
