OVEL HOTEL

I stayed here, but didn't even get a clean blanket or a water bottle. I ordered tea over the phone, but they couldn't send it. I called for slippers for the washroom, but no one provided them. I had to bring a water bottle from outside. The overall experience is very bad, I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

The rooms are too small. No toiletries. For everything u have to call the reception including towels and it takes time. Ground staff is okay. Manager is creepy and just for a small delay in check out he was trying to “penalise” me with half the rent. Other reviews i feel aren’t of guest as it was completely opposite of what is reviewed.

Never ask for their hotel kitchen foods. They don't give good quality foods. I marked that the Hotel gets foods from street vendors and send it in customer rooms as if they made in their own kitchen. In room AC was not working properly.

Soo I get the room no.403 the room is not so big .but the room maintenance is quite ok .over all the is ok the but the food is very tasteless nd hygienic .

They aren't the men of words! I called them and they told me the price 1200 per day and after 3 days when i reached there they changed up their minds and demanded me 1500 per day! Also i had a look on their rooms the rooms are congested and also not worthy for even 1200INR! Have a look before you book guys! Thank you Ovel Hotel for your lie!

Fantastic place. Great staff. Well-maintained bathrooms and room. Very accessible near bus stand. You can stay without any doubts. In-hotel menu has wide variety.

Staff behavior is not gud. They want extra if we reached at hotel before 11 am. If we reach at hotel at 10 am they want 100 rs extra for 1 hours.
