Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very unhygienic and dark rooms. Very small rooms and AC was in the window and in very poor condition. And During check-out, when I asked for bills ...they asked me to pay extra for GST bills apart from the total amount of booking. And since I booked it by Oyo, I'm asking Oyo to share the bills, which I paid at the hotel but they are asking for my GST number. They are saying they can't give a bill of payment without my GST number. What rubbish excuse.

Well organised.... clean peaceful and Good to stay rooms....just 2 min away from Ludhiana bus stand....well there are a lot of Oyo hotels but sometimes I hate their behaviour and being costly.....this one was good for me....you may order food from their kitchen but I don't like much food in this locality but easy to get it from various famous restaurants on Zomato.....if you are vegetarian then must try chole bhature, pav bhaji but if are non vegetarian then you should try biryani here.

They are fraud, the boy in the turban think he is the most clever person in the world. First, he denied my check-in for two days at 1300 rupees and said to pay me 400 rupees more then I can provide you a clean room but I called the company then he changed his word, and say to the company we are providing a room but they are not liking the room, but which room he was providing me that was not for guests, that room was used by cleaning staff of their hotel and room was so dirty. I don't know who those people but they were not guest but already sleeping in that room. So I decided not to stay in their hotel. I'm sharing the pictures of room which was they providing me.

I reached at the hotel at 11 AM in the morning . They were not giving me rooms saying there is no room just because I had made online payment. Told me to come at 12:00pm. Finally when I reached 12pm my room was alloted to someone else and i was shifted to new hotel besides this hotel. When I asked why am I shifted to another hotel they don't have any reasonable answer. Shifted in 3rd class hotel on the 3rd floor without lift in the hotel In the room in which even hotel staff will not stay. No ventilation in room (No window), No water provided, No wifi, No lift, Charged for ac room but ac does not turn on, TV does not work(when called on helpdesk they doesn't answer and cut the call) . It is not possible to step down and step up 3 floors again and again. Very small room in which person can only walk straight and bathroom gate will not get closed due to lack of space. it's extremely bad. bedsheet, towel, pillows, blanket were smelling rooms, The staff was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are prepared to be shifted to another hotel with out having your consent. Please go and stay. Horrible experience.

Well this is my first experience and Ludhiana and this is really amazing first time I book on oyo and in royal guest house the facilities are really amazing all members who are doing their job in this hotel I really friendly and well behaved this hotel is open 24/7 for everyone like couples family as well as for friends and business purpose I give 5 rattings to this hotel in Ludhiana because this is not only a hotel like a family house as well moreover if you are from old age as well as with your family and are you telling to Ludhiana then please book in this hotel and got best experience in your life in hospitality line 🥰 Thx for Oyo who give that facilities to us Thx for that hotel staf as well

manager was oversmart. over were not as shown in pictures. dirty rooms, no cleanliness, they give me used water bottle. I have to wait 1 hour at reception for check-in because they deny check-in at that price whereas i have paid advance online.

Place is Good but behaviour of manager and other assistant was rude they demanded extra money after booking on ground rate it I have to pay extra amount after booking amount. They did not realize that the customer come here for my hotel or gest house form local or other cities in too hot days. The bed sheet was to dirty patches on sheet How the oyo deal with him After that during chek out they demand ur phone for booking id and and they did not need ur booking id they rate himself at your phone by cheating They are looting so never pay online payment only payment to made at the hottel after checking facilities and rate confirmation.

It is not good at all. These people are giving hotel to couples on hourly bases. I went to this hotel for wifi and they have given me some rubbish room. Since I did not needed hotel for much time i just accepted it and uploaded my editing video.
