My experience at the restaurant was great. whole restaurant staff service professional,The food is also very tasty. Must try kulcha and bhatura. Shiv who was the best host at the front desk he's always proactive and attended to our request immediately. Very customer oriented and very professional. I would be highly obliged if the team could recognise his efforts and handwork. keep it up.

Conveniently / centrally located hotel in Jalandhar that had all the creature comforts required for our stay during our friend's wedding. We only stayed for one night, got room service, and had our breakfast provided the morning after. Unfortunately, our TV didn't work and the minibar wasn't stacked - which we outlined at the hotel during our check-out. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay.

I stayed with my kid for 5 days. Amazing rooms. Very clean. The 24hr hot water was a boon too. The breakfast spread is modest, but healthy and tasty. Very corteous, smiling and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul at reception. Keep up the good work all of the staff!

I had booked this hotel for my daughter marriage and 4 functions there with stay there, housekeeping is par excellent, restaurant ,bar and banquet facilities were best in Jalandhar, special thanks to Lokesh( House keeper )and restaurant manager make my daughter marriage special. I highly recommend this place for such special occasions please do contact yashwant for good packages.

Very poor preparation of food. Highly disappointed from a 4-star property. Even a small roadside dhaba prepares better food. The dishes lacked flavor and were poorly presented. The service was also slow and inattentive. You seriously need to re-evaluate your kitchen operations and improve your standards to match your star rating.

It was a wonderful experience overall and very staff filled with lots of warmth and friendliness. Great Ambience, Great and clean rooms and moreover everything is like new. it was a great decision to plan to stay there. Anyone planning to go and visit, it is a nice hotel.

Last week I booked a Room for my Relatives and the Experience was Excellent. Room was Spacious , Neat & Clean.
