very kind staff, Specially the man at reception. Clean rooms and every facility available at reasonable prices. Bonus breakfast is so so amazing.

One of best hotel in Jalandhar based on the price, service and quality. Very polite behaviour, good service, clean and hygienic. Food quality is awesome and taste. But food price is little high as per quantity. Overall it's a good place to stay and if you are ready to bear a little bit higher cost then awesome food. Oh I forgot to say about the complimentary breakfast. Everybody you will find a special healthy breakfast.

Very good location. Not much crowded area. Close to ISBT Easy access to any part of city by cab or bus. Railway station is not too far. Restaurant in reception area itself. Bad quality internet, almost no use of WiFi from there. Good break first, simple but served very nicely. Poor maintenance inside rooms. Can improve much more to customer expectations. Possibility to good service is there, that have to bit change. Recommended for a short stay. Family friendly

1.The shower sometimes doesnt work and the shower is supposed to give warm water but doesnt give it 2.And there is a lot of sound coming from other rooms and corridors 3.they're don't show which is the front side or which is the back side 4.the receptionists are very blunt

This hotel in Jalandhar looks good in pictures if you book online. The price is reasonable. But I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the washroom and the bedsheets. There was a single person who was cleaning the washroom with harpic. And then with the same hands changed the bedsheets. The washroom is dim lighted. The lights should be more in washroom. There is only 3 or 4 items in morning buffet. Only one issue is cleanliness.

Shame on you by manipulating the review and deleting the dirty wall pics from the review. This hotel deletes actual photos of dirty and wet walls.... They just keep fake photos. Pathetic rooms , wet towels, dirty walls, no room service, worst location to the hotel never book this hotel,waste of money.👎👎

i dont know why people say this is the 'best hotel ever' dont let the decor fool you. if you are staying for a day or two, fine. if you plan a family stay for weeks, like i did, you might as well find a worthy non-stressful place. they only love their money. DO NOT get your money exchanged directly from the hotel as the general manager and front desk manager will steal money and say that its an "extra fee," as i was told, then will do their best to cover each others back when confronted and make you look stupid. the OWNER will NEVER take the customers side, he will just laugh. wifi DOES NOT work in the hotel so be prepared to use your own data nor do they care to fix it. ice had an object frozen into it when served. remote control is filthy; as well as i found dried vomit behind my bed. People smoke in rooms so be prepared to have a smell in your room. you dont have a choice of non smoking or smoking. loud on weekends as the owner has party friends come in whom do not respect the 'paying' guests stay. as a frequent traveller this has to be the worst hotel experience ever! you never know what you're sleeping behind! on plus side, the food staff, janitorial staff and night crew are very friendly and hard working!! higher managment is corrupt. goodluck!

Rooms have all amenities viz a nice bed, enough sockets, good lighting, a cupboard, a fridge, TV, hot and cold water and excellent service. It was raining and I returned at midnight - I requested if my room could be cleaned a bit as I carried soil in my shoes. It was done with a smile. Breakfast was a delight. Sandwiches, paranthe, chole/bhaji, seviyan and poha with a choice of eggs. Tea/coffee and lemon tea made on request. The owners were so friendly anx that makes the stay even more pleasant. The day I had to leave, my train was at 6pm, I was offered a late check out(I did not ask for it), thats what you call hospitality. Am all thanks to Mr Navdeep who was a par excellent host. Will definitely return when I visit Jalandhar again
