Comfort Inn

Comfort Inn Amritsar… one of the worst hotels to stay in. Bathroom stink…. The sink overfloods…. Overall the experience of my stay for 8 hours has been horrible. Don’t know how others stay in this hotel.

I'm staying this hotel from last 3 days as I have no other option and the services are very bad even I can say pathetic or worst The management is very bad even after repeated complaints no solution is provided

The rooms are neat and clean but the service is not good. We have to wait for 30-40 min after ordering the food.

The hotel looks very good on website and from the outside and the front line staff are very helpful but that's where the good news stops. Very dull, dusty and poor rooms with some of the wiring exposed making it dangerous. The restaurant for evening meal was tasty but alot of items on menu not available and no minerals available. The cost of what we got was expensive and no choice of breakfast which was tea/coffee and toast. The hotel is one to avoid.

Rooms are very spacious though need maintenance. The front desk staff was very supportive. Food rates are too high. Service was good.

Booked multiple rooms for the barat. Suite room for the groom had broken bed and broken shower. 3 rooms had ac not working. Party hall in the basement is the worst. Waiters were in very bad shape and lazy. Clothes on chairs were stained and old. Constant smell of cigarette smoke was in the hall. Please save your money and find better hotel. Reception lobby is renovated nicely. They showed very nice suite room before booking but when the time comes rooms conditions were very bad.

Grandparents stay here regularly when visiting India and wanted to leave a review commenting on how polite and attentive staff were. Clean facilities and go above and beyond to make sure their stay is comfortable.

Not a very popular hotel. Average ambience but well behaved staff and good service. We along with the family friends from Norway went to have dinner there. The restaurant was empty God knows why for the food preparation turned out to be pretty good.
