OYO Hotel Gulshan

Very poor Service. The person/ at the reception was very rude. We were given room where the AC was not working. On complaint, we were shifted to other room. We were three people however only one set of toiletry was provided. The linen was unclean and never changed in the two days of my stay. No wordrobe in the room. The remote was not working. No replacement room was provided even after several complaints. I could have given negative feedback if there was an option.

Room was provided us at rs. 700 but as ours was a early check in at 6:30 so were asked to pay 300 extra but if you are checkingout at the same day that can be defucted/negotiable. Pro: Near railway station Con: Bit overpriced looking at the condition of the room. No hot water tap in bathroom.

Horrible place. The pics shown are completely fake. I think they were taken years back. The condition of rooms is depressing.

Low grade hotel with arrogant staffs. Never offer rooms for the online bookings.
