Hotel Grand Horizon

This was the best hotel I had ever been visited till now in my life ........ All facilities ware provided. Most important, staff was very cooperative and friendly. Service was very quick. Food was also very delicious. Also, available in very affordable prices.

I had an amazing experience staying here. The rooms were pretty spacious and te furnishing looked quite classy and comfortable. I was provided every amenity mentioned in their website and each of the staff here was very friendly. Food was really delicious and filled with the rich culture of Punjab. I had visited the city for the business purpose and Fabhotel provided me a really comfortable and plesant stay at a very affordable price. definitely will be my first preference whenever I visit Jalandhar.

Rooms have all amenities viz a nice bed, enough sockets, good lighting, a cupboard, a fridge, TV, hot and cold water and excellent service. It was raining and I returned at midnight - I requested if my room could be cleaned a bit as I carried soil in my shoes. It was done with a smile.||Breakfast was a delight. Sandwiches, paranthe, chole/bhaji, seviyan and poha with a choice of eggs. Tea/coffee and lemon tea made on request.||The owners were so friendly anx that makes the stay even more pleasant. The day I had to leave, my train was at 6pm, I was offered a late check out(I did not ask for it), thats what you call hospitality.||Am all thanks to Mr Navdeep who was a par excellent host.||Will definitely return when I visit Jalandhar again

I stayed there 15 to 17th August 2018, I supposed to stay there for 12 days but I moved out to another hotel in Jalandhar. You cannot either open your room or close your room. They never gave key card or manual key for the room. Whenever you want to open or close your room you have to contact reception and they will send someone with master card and they will come and open or close the door of the room. Toilet seat is broken. within 2 days stay i changed my room. In 2 days I stayed in 2 rooms and both the rooms air con was not functioning properly. both the rooms the window curtain was toned. It is not worth for the rate they offered..

I had booked this Hotel for 3 night (from 18-21 May 2019) but I have stayed here for 2 nights only and checked out after 2 days and have to book another Hotel for my stay for the 3rd night. This is the worst Hotel I had ever stayed in my life, following are points which I am bringing down:||1. I have reached this Hotel with my parents around 10 PM in the night, upon reaching they had provided us the room on the 03rd Floor and lifts are not working, so my old parents with knee problem have to take stair case as we do not have any choice.||2. In the morning we are surprised to see there is no tower, shampoo, shop, toothpaste etc general toiletries are not there in the washrooms, and we have to ask for them.||3. Fans are not working in the room, when we called the maintenance guy he came once and then disappeared after 05 mins and never came back.||4. Best Part is breakfast, these guys are not ready with the breakfast even at 08 AM, however generally breakfast time is 07 AM at all the Hotels in case someone has to leave early, but they don’t care about your schedule, also at 08:15 AM we have to ask them to please serve breakfast.||5. Till our stay in this horrifying Hotel for 2 days we are repeatedly complaining them about their services and Lift which they were not able to get it repaired for 2 days and in the end we finally have to leave this “Bakwas” so called hotel as my parents are enough to climbing the 03rd Floor stair case up and down and their patience is exhausted.||I will suggest you guys to never book this Hotel and go for a local ‘Dharam-Shala” which may be having better services than this Hotel.

I booked hotel online after reading reviews but actually it was completely opposite. Very bad state of affairs. Bed sheet's are in a very soiled condition.lift is not working and bathroom's are not maintained. Even if it was a very low tariff hotel it is not worth. Staff was good but helpless.

great hotel for a city trip. A grade hospitality,good service,tasty food.The hotel is giving excellent facilities at reasonable price and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is relatively centrally located.
