Hotel Panash

I stayed here overnight with family since they were offering lucrative deals...but the bed linen n the toilets were dirty. The staff is responsive but the place should b avoided by families. Complimentary breakfast is a gimmick with only parathas available.

Express check in, prompt and courteous staff. Breakfast was very tasty. Rooms are well maintained. Situated at good location. Totally made my trip and definitely value for money. Will stay again for sure.

Our experience and stay at Hotel Panash was above average but not the very best we had expected. There were some mistakes which let our mood down. The room and location is good and staff is cooperative too but they don’t believe in satisfying their customers.

had a very decent stay at this property, located right next to zirakpur highway, so it is easy to spot. before we checked-in they cleaned our room very properly and staff was very helpful and arranged a late night dinner for us.

Only good thing about this hotel is its location. It is well located on the way to Kasauli. But don't dare to book this hotel if you are with family, it will ruin your whole trip.||No lifts, shabby entry||Staff is not trained for hospitality.

Lowest quality of Customer service. Theit credit card and debit card machine don't work inspite of giving 4 different cards. Rakesh seems to be running a scam where in he takes cash and keeps a part of it. No sense of respect or service on Mr Rakesh's part.

Went there for a night, enroute to shimla... Easy to locate the hotel, however nightmare started when met the hotel staff who was drunk, offered ur drinks n beverage however... In side the room it was dirty, linen had to be changed and there were condoms lying in the bathroom.. Found out it was like hotel decent like in the movie jab we met, plz avoid if travelling with couple... Bad bad experience...

Manager was very helpful, got a room booked on my way, they allowed my pet dog who was operated a week before, gave us a room with closed balcony very thoughtful, food offered was very good..
