OYO 9049 Pearl Grand

A great hotel with value for money and the facility is very good. The rooms are weo maintained and the reception is very good. Rooms are clean and they provides every required stuff. If ordered then they also provides good and the location is also good. The name of the hotel has changed from "starlet prime" to "hotel Pearl Grand". This hotel is also having lift so that no one will be suffering and is also very good for senior citizen. They also provides parking area if you want to park your car.

Not worth the value.No towel & soap in my room. I checked in at night and there was a marriage going on so they were not serving food in the hotel. They asked me to order from outside. Also no dustbin in the room, dirty bed sheet. I wont book this hotel again.

Had been to this place mainly to spend a night as a stop over at Chandigarh .. the location is ok and so are the rooms . However the reception team are super supportive to extend any help and that was a delighter for me ... there is lot of work happening so the place may improve in the future .. reason for not giving 5 is linen with stains and hot water challenge ...rest 100 percent for their service and personalised attention

Not worth the value.No towel & soap in my room. I checked in at night and I have booked 2 rooms with Oyo portal but when we reach hotel there is only one room left. Also no dustbin in the room, dirty bed sheet.

Very bad experience, staff was zero helpful and comfort throughout was worst, whole night it was powercut, safety was in our hands not many guests choose this place for their stay, neither I suggest anyone to try this. Don't even want to write about it, worst.

Frankly speaking I did not like the services at all. Need to do so many improvements. Hygiene should be given more priority specially these days. Also staff is little lethargic and don’t care about the needs of clients. But if we talk about price then it is okay.

No service at all, no towels in d room, no toiletries, lift not working, phones inside room not working, next to the hotel some construction is going on entire day could not rest, luckily AC, n water available Will not recommend at all 🙏

Worst hotel i have ever seen. Smelly rooms, mosquitos in glasses, crodded taps, no shower and broken buckets and mugs. The hotel staff is worst, specially an old age receptionist.I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
