I had a very disappointing experience at BR Inn Bathinda. I ordered Dal Makhani, but it was sour and clearly spoilt. When I informed the staff, instead of resolving the issue, the receptionist Refused to replace it and spoke in a very Rude and arrogant manner. This is unacceptable for a hospitality business, as food quality and customer service should be the top priority. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards.".

The food quality is very bad….. we had done a party here …. The cockroach was found in Daal prepared by them….. Instead of dealing with us in a polite manner …. The person Mr. Amit Mokha dealt with us in a very bad manner…. He is so rude and egoistic person

The location of the hotel is good. The rooms are clean. The service is also good. Parking facility is not sufficient. The quality of the food is also good.
