OYO Hotel City Inn Tower

If i have option to give negative stars then i will did but they really not deserve one star their staff behave very rude , they give third class rooms and service . I could to abuse them because i really disapppointed. Please do not stay there they have bad staff bad service.

Bad staff , bad service , they behave badly my personal request to all my brothers and sisters no need to stay there and they also have negative reviews u all must check reviews first. They have 78% uncomfortable reviews.

After the paying their behaviour become rude , very stupid person not have manners how to talk i currently stay there my advice to all bro don't stay here the hotel City in tower third class service.

We stayed here because a friend recommended the place. The staff were really nice and tried to help in everything we asked for. The room was comfortable and much nicer than rooms in other places for higher price. It was clean, quite big with shelves and drowers. The bathroom was really big and had running hot water. There was fan in the room and also in the bathroom so we were able to keep it dry. ||The location is amazing. Only 5 minutes walk from the golden temple and also 5 minutes walk from a big intersection where you can find street food, rikshas, restaurants.

Location is amazing, staff is very good, friendly and helpful. But rooms are not good. Walls are too dirty. Feedback to hotel is to renovate the rooms and lightings of washrooms. Both the stars are for staff. If properly taken care this property can be one of the best.

I would prefer to don't take this hotel I have visited this hotel with my family but they have spoiled my stay ||1 hotel md promised me to give free pick and drop from the hotel but when we reach they asked me for money for pickup||2. Service was very poor when I asked to clean the room staff said the cleaning person will come at 2pm before this room can't be clean||3. At night I require hot water to make my baby's feed (milk) person on reception said there is no body we cannot provide water when I shouted on them they provided me the water the reason was that was sleeping and don't want to do his job||4. At the time of check out they even don't given me the bill of my stay after asking he said we don't have any printed bill

Nice clean hotel at excellent location for the average tourist and family. All AC Rooms. The Golden Temple, wholesale market and Jallianwala Bagh are minutes away by foot. However, the hotel does not have a restaurant but orders are served from outside. Reception is a bit cold but OK. Marwari Dhaba serving excellent veg. food is next door.

I booked this hotel with OYO in last minute standing outside hotel because it was all of sudden plan made by group of friends with tight budget however it was pocket-friendly and good deal. Now coming to hotel I got room on 4th floor and hotel doesn't have lift so it was pain. rooms were not much spacious but decently organised. Ac was good and overall nice option for bag packers and budget travelers for short stay. Hotel is located at mid of the market and walking distance to Golden temple which is plus point.
