Amazing hotel in terms of location and service. The staff was very kind and helpful and provided us with anything we needed. The rooms though could have been better especially the washrooms.

Best Hotel for premium Golden Temple Darshan. The Gurudwara Sahib ji is visible from their roof top. The rooms were good and clean and they have Friendly staff. I received Flexible check in and check out timing. But the food was not upto the mark. Hope they work on this aspect too as Amritsar is famous for its food.

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and in need of serious maintenance for shower plumbing and toilet. The towels and sheets and stains. The breakfast buffet was on the 4th floor, which had a beautiful view. The selections were minimal with choice of toast, rice, deep fried sandwich, and banana. Location was great. It is right in front of the entrance to the golden temple.

Filthy dirty hotel with unhelpful staff. There was faeces in our toilet. The room wasn’t cleaned Absolutely no amenities No maintenance at all. I will not recommend to it anyone. If you have booked a room here please cancel your booking They misled us by telling us it’s a part of the Fab Group. Please book here only if you want to fall seriously ill

Walls full of mold that can make you unwell. We booked 3 months in advance but they said only last room left for today and gave us a room with unmaintained toilet. Even geyser was not working after the staff checked it. Instead of upgrading us to better room due to unavaibility, they want to downgrade us to smaller room.

This hotel is as best as it gets when it comes to location. It is located bang opposite the temple which makes it perfect to head out very early in the morning. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms were decent size and clean. The tariff is also worth the room. If only they could keep the road leading to the hotel a little more cleaner would have been better, but otherwise I totally recommend this place. Its perfect for families and solo travellers.

Hotel location is excellent as it's just opposite to the Golden Temple 🛕 and has parking facilities too. Golden Temple 🛕 is just 100 meters away from this property. Rooms are OK ok, as WE spend only a night there BUT, for doing Darshans, this hotel is very near to Golden Temple 🛕.

Very very small rooms, not worthy, cleaning very poor. Unhygienic and broken rooms, lift has no certificates. Bedsheets are dirty. We choose caz it's infront of Golden temple.
