OYO Flagship Hotel Sea Garden

Worst Experience Ever. The manager and the staff behavior was very poor. The manager Charged me 400 Rupees extra for 1 hour late check out. They didn't even Informed me for checkout. All the staffs told me that is my responsibility not them.

Don't go by the looks of this hotel, the service is pathetic actually there is no SERVICE and it is located at a very noisy neighborhood, you can't even take a nap in afternoon or at night. There were no room service, no intercom, no breakfast, no towels, no water bottles, no clean or fresh blankets or bedsheets. The only up side was proximity to beach and temple that is why this hotel is surviving else no one will pay 2500 rupees per night for this nightmare hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

The owner is a fraudster. Denied us room even after booking. Doing side business in front of us by taking cash payments ignoring us who paid online through Oyo. If you are going with families, NEVER TRUST THEM, as they use threatening language. Doesn't respect customers, money minded and fraudsters

3rd CLASS HOTEL. STORY IS---- COMING ALL AWAY FROM OTHER STATE IN MORNING AND CALLING HOTEL MANAGER AND THEN ASKED THAT NO ROOMS AVAILABLE INSPITE OF I AM HAVING A CONFIRMED ONLINE BOOKING WHAT A SHAMELESS CREATURE ARE THEY. THEY DONT EVEN CARE THAT PEOPLE ARE COMING ALL OVER ALONG WITH FAMILY. CHEAP CLASS MINDSET PERSON.

Room rent was exaggerated, we paid 3532/- for one night, no amenities in hotel, our room was on 3rd floor there was no lift , no intercom if there's is something wrong you have to go to reception your self, no water bottle, no soap, no towels were provided, staff was rude and greedy, kitchen was opposite our room, tea was not available, bed sheets and pillows were dirty.

Very bad experiance not recommended to anyone. Behaviour of manager was very rude after getting full payment online earlier denied to provide rooms.
