The sea facing rooms on the top floor room are good enough, but the windows that span the entire wall must be cleaned more frequently. Otherwise, such a high price is not justified. The other non-sea-facing rooms are rather small. The rooms have a small Juliet balcony but monkeys may trouble you in the morning. ||The entrance to the hotel is very narrow using one of the side lanes and sometimes its hard to miss the hotel. ||The breakfast spread is descent, not something that stands out. Lunch or dinner is moderately tasty; expected better from Oriya chefs. ||They provide snacks free of cost everyday, probably to all rooms. ||The only good thing is that this hotel is right on the beach front.

The Hotel entrance is just terrible. The approach is not from Road front side but from a narrow crowded and dirty passage.|The lift was out of Order for all 4 days , we stayed.|The room booked in Executive class . But allotted a very small and shabby room.| While asking for changing another Executive class room was allotted but Rs.300/- per day additional charges taken. It presume that it is being manipulated by Hotel Management.|The room rent is too high in comparison to its quality and amenities.

Average hotel with discourteous staff.||The entry to the hotel is through a thin stinking lane. The sea side is full of local shacks so the view is average and the window glasses are never cleaned. Breakfast was pathetic with almost nothing in the buffet. When requested for a hot tea, service staff almost declined. I was provided with a torn thin stinking mattress as n extra bedding for my son and the weirdest thing was I received a call at 12 midnight to clear dues for that bedding, the person said that my duty will get over in the morning when u will checkout so clear now. The lift was non functional half the time.||Pool water was very dirty. But yes it is near the beach so accessibility is definitely a plus.

3rd grade hotel...no legal entrance....all illegal activities happens here and they are theives. ||I booked a premium room and they gave me a room beside swimming pool. The room looked horrible and there was blaring music from swimming pool area, when I requested them to lower the music, they decreased the volume for 5 mnts and then again turned it on full volume, the room does not meet basic privacy parameters and I had to check out on the same day due to severe privacy issues and the hotel denied refund...they charged me 23000 for 3 nights.||This hotel demands severe quality checks !

We stayed at Hotel Mahasuara Palace....deluxe room front sea facing....excellent view of sea from room,great experience of enjoying sunrise and sunset directly from large glass wall window of our rooms.Entire hotel has modern and mind blowing interior decorations...the roof top swimming pool is awesome. We had complimentary breakfast and the food was awesome, we had our lunch and dinner there ,well maintained quality of food. Courteous staffs ,good hospitality . Everything is fine except their main entrance

Room is very small and not cleaned. There is only a very small window which does not open and very dirty. They charges Rs.1800 per room which is never worth of the room and position they provides. Switch boards are broken. Overall, very bad experience, will never recommend anyone to go here.

This is worst place to stay. On lots of hotel sites nice pics are put but it's nothing like that. Place is very run down. Colours peeling off. Entrance to hotel is public alleyway very dirty and smelly. It's 50mts inside from street . No parking facility and not for disabled people. As you have to pass steps twice. Lobby and rooms were dark snd dirty. Cigarette buts were found. We vould not cancel our booking do our money were waisted. Not good at all as we had 3 rooms for 3 nights. What a cheat. So please Don't go by photoes on site,

Worst experience ever. 1. No TV in the room although it was mentioned at the time of booking. 2. Water leaking out from AC and falling over the bed. 3. Bathroom was not even clean. 4. Switchboard were broken and not working. Wires were coming out - This is dangerous as per safety is concerned. Although a new room was given to us on 2nd day of our stay but the TV in that room was also damaged. Note: Don't waste your money and vacation - Don't book this hotel.
