My stay at Hotel Neel Sagar was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a modern design and a great view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. especially appreciated the convenient location and the quiet atmosphere. 1. The rooms were clean but had a damp smell. 2. There was no dental kit provided. 3. I had to iron my clothes, but they didn’t have any and also did not have any service to get my clothes ironed. 4. When the electricity went off, they took 1 hr to turn on the generator. I felt so suffocated during that whole time. When I asked all about these things, they did not have any explanation.

The rooms are okay in size. The hotel is bit secluded from rest of the hotels. It is surrounded by quite a fie big empty plots. The nearest hotel from Neel Sagar is more than 300 mtrs. So, I like the tranquility. Two big disadvantages are: 1. No restaurant in the hotel. For every meal you have to go out. 2. The beach is 400mtrs away. And the the road to the hotel is dark and vacant in the night.

Overall nice experience, paid 1600/room. Rooms are okay. AC works fine. Hotel staff is friendly. Lord Jagannath temple is just 2.5km from the hotel Beach is around 300m

Rooms are good. If you come by own vehicle best place. rate ranges 7000 to 16000rs. They do not have restaurants. They do not provide good service... Every time you ask for the same.

Very bad experience. The hotel staff lacks basic manners and customer handling skills. Using slang against guests is unacceptable. Strongly not recommended.

Overall the property is good but significantly far from Puri main beach around 7-8 minutes walking distance.
