K24 resort hotel

The worst stay of my life till date. 1) NON AC Room price is too high they asked me 1800 / day but after negotiating they agreed on 1500 / day, means they don't have any pricing policy. 2) I stayed there for 3 days and in 3 days they only broomed once and changed the bedsheet only 1 time that's also after asking them to kindly clean the room and change the bedsheet. 3) Location is not good as it is too far from Temple and main puri beach every time you go to the temple or beach you will have to spend 150 for 1 way auto fare. 4) There are approx 5 staff and all of them are mostly drunk or chewing gutkha all the time. There are many things which I didn't like personally, I can't explain everything only one word as a summary that NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Rooms are not provided with facilities promised. Hotel owner is adamant to listen to boarders problems. They charge the full amount of rent in advance, but doesn't provide the facilities promised. This hotel should be black listed for non sense behaviour and service. Fittings in toilet broken, almirah without hanger. Basic things like towel, soap etc are provided, when only asked for.

Room condition was a very bad even proper toiletries was not provided by staff and staff are also not a command properly because of language bedsheet was not there and many things which properly not there in room me and my family family members experience were very bad. Those who are reading my review please don't book this hotel it's not worth even tourist guide whom they search a place for guest to stay in hotel .

Very bad service , Dirty rooms , overpriced , staff is not good and the check OUT TIME is morning 8 o clock not given extra time exactly 8.10 the staff are shouting to leave the room AND room price taking to high according to the room no TV no AC 2100 rupees per day . Please I suggest to don't go there there have so many other options and cheaper price.❤️

Pathetic will be less to talk about this hotel. 1. No room service/ No geyser/ No Toiletries. 2. Hell dirty blanket, bat sheet, Pillow. 3. Receptionist is very rude, need to follow up for small things 4. Lastly the price of room online is 1500 but they will change it when you check in to 3500. Beware I asked not to go for it for any cost

Worst experience, They had taken all rent in advance during Check in for three days,if you not asked they even not changed bedsheet, doormats was very dirty, room was in very bad condition, TV is working with the help of your own wifi connection, geyser was not working, blankets had no cover & smelled. One young stuff in reception,behaviour was very rude. Very Bad experience.. don't stay...

Not good facilities, high price,rooms are not maintained their bed have multiple stains of fluids from previous guests,room have air conditioner but no switch to control it .. so guest can't operate it as thier comfort.few rooms doesn't have television or any cable connection so guest can't even entertain. But they mention Air conditioner and television are working during room booking. Saturday and Sunday per room prices go off roof .. they literally charge 3-4X times than normal room charges.
