Surrounding area is much better than rest of the puri! Location easily accessible also near by temple, they accomodated us very well, rooms were clean, washroom clean!! Price could be little lower as comapared to over rooms n facilities

The location is good. The property looks great from the outside but needs more maintenance inside. Bedsheets were soiled. AC was not working. On request they shifted us to another room with functional AC. No room service.Bought the coffee cup from restaurant to the room to finish it while taking care of some personal task but the staff didn't seem happy and repeatedly kept asking to return the cup to the restaurant. Just 2 medimix soap as toilateris. With little effort they can achieve more popularity.

Rooms are clean with good behaved staff, some basic services need to improve though. 1. No glasses for residents even staff complaining that mgt donot listen to them. 2. Availability of battery cars have downgraded recent time though it's an off-season for visit. 3. The services had really downgraded in recent times which I could compare being a regular visitor from last few years.

The room is specious, having good vehicle parking facility. The location is neither near the sea nor near the temple. They have vehicles for temples but are not available. Some one always have to go by their own reserved auto if they don't have vehicle. We are getting the feel of the government hotel. They are not responding timely, need multiple calls then they are sending housekeeping staffs.

1.5 km from temple. Limited food variety only veg thali is there. Courtesy is less of the staff in dinning place. Electric Rickshaw for senior citizen very less service. One has to pay 100 bucks everytime to go to Shri jaganath temple. Outside rickewas easily one can get at any time. Room rent 1826/- for two bed ac room. Rooms are spacious. Good. Ac working fine. Washrooms were clean.

Officially Own by Puri Trust but actually owned by the Odisha Government. The staff is good including management. Although I paid around ₹9k, I still was not considered a guest. All facilities are for government people like Bihar Judges including Temple drop and pickup. They don't even consider senior citizens as guests. DON'T VISIT- If You Are Not A High Ranking Government Officer. TIPS: I used money power to dominate govt😂

Nice place to stay. Rooms are big in size. The room service and restaurant needs improvement. The hotel is near the Puri Sadar hospital and around 1.2 km from Shri Jagannath Temple. The hotel has good parking facilities in the basement and open area as well.
