SRI PURUSOTTAM BHAKTA NIVAS

The room is specious, having good vehicle parking facility. The location is neither near the sea nor near the temple. They have vehicles for temples but are not available. Some one always have to go by their own reserved auto if they don't have vehicle. We are getting the feel of the government hotel. They are not responding timely, need multiple calls then they are sending housekeeping staffs.

1.5 km from temple. Limited food variety only veg thali is there. Courtesy is less of the staff in dinning place. Electric Rickshaw for senior citizen very less service. One has to pay 100 bucks everytime to go to Shri jaganath temple. Outside rickewas easily one can get at any time. Room rent 1826/- for two bed ac room. Rooms are spacious. Good. Ac working fine. Washrooms were clean.

Rooms are clean with good behaved staff, some basic services need to improve though. 1. No glasses for residents even staff complaining that mgt donot listen to them. 2. Availability of battery cars have downgraded recent time though it's an off-season for visit. 3. The services had really downgraded in recent times which I could compare being a regular visitor from last few years.

Best place to stay for family. Rooms are big and clean. Ample car parking is available near Bakhta Nivas. The temple is at 10 minutes duration. You can take a rikshaw or e-rikshaw to reach the main temple (charges 100 to 150) We had booked a room online through the website. Room with 3 beds. The room has AC, TV with dishtv connection, a cupboard, table, 2 chairs. 2 towels were provided. Some soaps are also provided. A bucket and 2 mugs are also available in the bathroom. There is a big mirror in the room and a small one in the bathroom. The entire premise is very clean and regularly cleaned. The entire bhakta biwas is air conditioned. Over the top it has a veg restaurant inside the premises which offer really tasty food. Breakfast is available between 7 am to 10 am, Lunch 12pm to 3 pm, and dinner 8 pm to 10 pm. The reception desk is available 24/7.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are big in size. The room service and restaurant needs improvement. The hotel is near the Puri Sadar hospital and around 1.2 km from Shri Jagannath Temple. The hotel has good parking facilities in the basement and open area as well.

Clean rooms, decent staff. Limited options for food, however taste is good. Approx 2 km from Main temple, battery vehicles are available from Trust side.

I have checked in the hotel just now looking at its rating, but it's misleading.ITS VERY VERY VERY BAD.My son has so many bites because the room is full of mosquitoes and crockroaches. Please dont book this hotel as they dont have any facilities in the room, they only give you 2 towels and 1 bed to sleep.Rooms are dirty and full of mosquitoes.Bathrooms are so dirty.No food service tie up with hotel room, you have to check separately with restaurant.They dont cancel the booking and refund the money if you paid it digitally.

In the name of this hotel there is lots of scam… I am shocked I payd money and there is no booking at all.. hotel staff said Go to police station! Instead of taking care of fraud activities website in there hotel name !!!! They have notice in the wall! Fraud be aware better not to book room from website and Phone number !
