Goroomgo Hotel Gouri Palace

I wish there was something lesser than 1 to rate. The worst hotel experience in my entire life. The staffs are very rude, room cleaning is not regular . cockroaches in the rooms all around. I was staying in room no. 202 the bathroom tile was broken at the entrance. The food taste was horrible. No hospitality at all. If you opt for this hotel once you will never come back for the second time. Even the terrace is so dirty that you cannot enjoy the sea view at all. I wish i could rate -5 out of 5. If you order food at a certain time they will serve you after several hours. Even the tea was very costly and it felt more like sugar mixed in water rather than tea itself.

Rooms are full of damps and bed bugs... The bed bugs feed on our blood the whole night! The manager is very rude and don't know how to behave how to talk! They would take the money for 5 days in advance but when it comes to the service they will give you bed full of bed bugs and floor full of water and wall full of damps. The fan in our room was not working, the lock of bathroom was not working! The veranda was full of waste and bad smell... I have attached some photos please watch those before getting the room...

Very unprofessional behaviour We mentioned we will be 4, they agreed to provide one extra bed and pillows, at the night, gave us nothing, blamed us instead.

Room was not clean at all. Found hair in our food twice after asking for replace. Room floor was sticky which felt uncomfortable. Toilet was not clean at all. Felt like vomiting. We changed the room the same day. Worst experience ever.

Worst hotel. The rooms were not clean. The washroom was very dirty. Lack of poper water supply. Not recommended. I checked in there on the 23rd of November, 2024. It was booked till the 26th of November, 2024. But we left on the 24th of November morning. As the room was very bad and the service was of the worst level. Don't ever check in there. Worst hotel.

Very Pathetic Experience. 1. I recommend to take lunch or dinner outside. 2. We order food 8:30PM got food 11:30PM.
