I booked this hotel online from Booking.com for 3 nights, they charged me 12k per night for it for 3 person, Our room was premium sea facing, but when I reached there I came to know even in peak season it charged 7k per night. To start off the only good thing about the room was the view. Other than that horrible room service, zero cleanliness, no variety in breakfast, no maintenance, WiFi hardly working, TV not set up properly. We had to call minimum two times to get something done by them. We paid such a huge amount for nothing. I recommend you to refrain from going to this hotel as it is a total scam.

Staff is extremely rude. The reservation staff thinks that if you are asking for tariff, you are wasting their time and are fake customer. That was the language used by the reservation staff. Train your staff to be polite.

I booked a room in 3rd floor with sea facing balcony. Staff are polite and friendly. You'll get two timing cleaning for room. Based on room location price will vary. Resturant ia closed for now, Sargadwar is just 5 mins walking distance. Will recommend to improve WiFi range as its not reachable from 3rd floor.

Booked 2 rooms. Very much High Price compare to room QUALITY. No Bathroom Mat available..No Bath towel. No Soap. Very much Slippery floor. Not availability of drinking water while chek in. Dirty room. Bad Room Lights. You got 1 single Blanket for Double bed room. Only a person who served the rooms also very bad behaviour. The room is full of mosquitoes. According to my own opinion the room rent should be in the range of 1000. Main market was far away. Jagannath dev Tample was far from the Hotel. I have visited Puri many times before but never ever stay like this. Wish not to stay again.. 1 STAR is enough for this.

According to the room tariff, it's good with attached balcony. Mainly it's quite near to Marine drive road. Hardly 2mins walking distance. Only 2 rooms are there which are sea facing those are the front facing, from the 2nd and 3rd floor ( May be room no 301 and 401 ). Overall good. 👍🏻

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Hotel staff is not at all customer friendly. They steal from there own owner. They charge unnecessarily. One of the local person who provides can facility threatens customers. Beware of these hotel people.

Hospitality was good. Whereas their non veg foods were not up to the mark at all. Food price is high with respect to the food quality. Also room rates are very high as compared to the room quality and room service.

Hotel is good and the location is also very good.. But room was not properly clear everyday.. And the most important part is there is no lift, no wifi facilities available here😔
