SPOT ON 35622 Hotel Jai Ho

I had booked the hotel in August for 2 night from goibibo but when i have reached there they told the rooms are full. So they rejected to check in but reality was that they have rooms but the wanted to give that at higher price that i have booked via online. On that day more than 11 bookings they have rejected. We have sat over there for refund of booking from 8 to 1 the whole day was wasted. In the online the price of this hotel is low but its better to choose other hotel if the prices are high for other than also

In present 2021 on July i have visited puri and accompanied myself in these hotel and i have experienced the following. Firstly the view and the location is top notch ,secondly the staff behaviour is very good and polite,thirdly one of the best hospitality,last but not the least in these pandemic situation they maintain a good level of cleanliness with proper housekeeping and timely sanitization.....

It was a horrible experience...reception was way too bad...room equipments were not properly maintained...room service was poor. Never gonna go there again in my life...Ever!!! Trust our word, as we have already suffered, and just don't book this hotel.

Excellent hotel I was worried because of the previous review but when I arrived at the hotel it was good, then I asked them why this hotel has bad reviews, they said that its due to the previous owner and now its ok you can visit

I would suggest not to book this hotel. I booked this hotel through OYO before 2 months before visit, but while checking in they rfused to give room. Very worst behavior.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Wonderful Hotel and the staffs are really helpful and very polite behaviour. Hotel premises was also neat and clean.
