OYO 13573 Narendra Kunj

It has good spacious rooms. Has privacy. Service is really bad as they are new to the business. No channels were working on TV. No ash tray. No dustbin. However they provided upon asking. Really delayed service. No flooding facility. Locality is not great. Humble staffs.

We reached the hotel around 11:30pm on 26th May. On reaching there we were denied any room despite showing them the booking voucher by Goibibo. The guy present there behaved very rudely with us. I was there with my parents aged 83 n 78yrs along with my wife n son. Even after repeatedly requesting the guy to check the computer to see the booking confirmation from Goibibo, the guy refused to do so. He told us we were free to complain against him anywhere we wanted even to the policeTill date we have received no refund of the amount we paid to Goibibo or Hotel.on that night we had to shift to another hotel.

Location is not so good But too costly for peak season. Overall you can have 1 or 2 days stay if you want to expend time in puri. This is just ok to sleep. You will get room heater on demand but overall ok type hotel not beyond the thinking.

Bakwass experience. No power back up. No proper water supply. Its like a flat undergoing construction so very unclean. No proper cable connection. Deserve zero star.

Very nice rooms with good service. One should enjoy this place near 'Holy Pond Narendra' during a stay.

Visited the hotel in December 2017 with friends... Not the best one but I can say ok ..car parking available....near to temple but free from traffic space...service boy available ...we can order outside food ... Overall my rating is 4/5

I booked this hotel for my family and friends family ( 56 person ) . They committed to providing room in this hotel and take advance money online ( I had its receipt) , but when I reached their with my family they unable to provide the room and book another cheapest hotel with less room. Seriously we all suffer too much because of that fake hotel representative, totally fake hotel

Hotel Narendra Kunj location is not good and needs a lot of walking to reach the hotel. Hotel is still under construction and they don't have elevators.||Also the food & service is also not upto the mark.||It is just an average budget hotel.
