We were staying at your property between 15th to 19th of October 2019. Beside the unpleasant experience because of poor quality of room (no drinking water facilities, TV is not in working conditions, water leakage in washroom commode, etc), I would suggest to teach hotel staff how to behave with their customer. Mr. Aditya was extremely rude in communication and does not know how to talk you a customer. ||Overall we have very negative experience at your property. We not only ever come to this location, but also will discourage others to come to your place.

Rooms are not so good., But location is good to approach most vital place of the city. Service is moderate and rate is high in comparison to quality.

Well maintained , clean rooms.|Large room area and clean toilets. Close to Jagannath Temple in fact walking distance.|Economic and room service is up to the mark|Sea beach is not very far. Market closeby. A good family time can be spent. AC Rooms are spacious.

Poor maintenance, pathetic and worst service ever experienced.... ill mannered staffs speaking in foul languages with the guest and for every single if goes wrong they make guest responsible for that....at night the intercom doesn’t works reception staff deactivates it.....if there is any guest emergency hotel staff doesn’t help. The so called manager don’t have any courtesy uses slangs while speaking with the guests. Those who all are reading my review it is for them that if you want to spoil your vacation then only go to this hotel otherwise don’t...let this hotel and it’s owner suffer...

The most biggest fraud in Puri. I had booked a room for 3 night thereon. They asked an advance of Rs.3000 15 days earilier and I have made the payment. But when I arrived at the lodge they told me that we have no vaccant room . And asked me to stay in some other cheap lodge at higher rate. They also not returned my advance money. I have to move towards consumer firm. So kindly be alert.

Room no 9 is not totally clean.... water comes from Under the bed...and The room wall are also water shapes...but staff is Good

The location was not leading exactly to hotel. So I called the receptionist for assistance. She shared the same location available in Google maps (no use) and tried calling multiple times to ask the exact place and literally wasted half an hour. After all that, i cancelled my booking and chose another hotel.

When I Checked in to hotel Nilachal Puri I noticed that renovation work going on here, they are breaking staircases which generating intolerable sound. Dust covered almost all part of the hotel and reception people also sitting on that as they are very used to it.||While booking they should notify me that during July the renovation work will happen then I will never book this worst hotel.||Hotel Management hiding this from tourists and taking advantages.||While renovation work they should close the hotel for customer satisfaction as well as safety.||1> Hotel furniture are old and not well maintained.||2> Window AC creating terrible noise.||3> Hotel not at all clean.||I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
