I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The front office staff were extremely aggressive and unprofessional, even going so far as to use slang and inappropriate language, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. To make matters worse, the room was not cleaned properly — it was dusty, the bedsheets looked used, and the bathroom was in poor condition. For the price they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful environment. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and cleanliness standards.

A very cheap and disgusting hotel.. they are hiding the matter of security guard just for name who stole the purse & not ready to show the name nd call the guard .. after very fights they showed us cctv in which it was clearly seen.. Remaining about other thing a very worst service they dont provide water at time nor at all also food is veryy yuck

I stayed here for 2 days booked AC rooms(3.5k per day per room) but faced below problem: 1.No geysers working in room. 2.Room service worsts 3.No hand wash in room 4.Toilet seat is broken 5.No telephone in rooms 6.No towels in room Overall hotel is not good as per price we pay

All you need in a review: Staff was lil agressive but they did what we told them to(were VERY MEAN and ASKED MONEY TO DO EVERY-SINGLE THING). Beds and rooms were good but needed to be cleaned. You can ask them to change bedsheets if not cleaned . Wash room and bathroom were Ok ;they either will be cleaned or in their worst condition. And yes, they ain't got different washrooms for men and women (creepy).Had mirrors and that weirdo stand for keeping bags.

Brilliantly constructed to serve the Puri visitors. The location is good. Rooms are well conditioned. They should look forward to serving the people. At least they should give a water bottle per bed in durations. Cleaning can be done at least twice a day. Spent a huge amount of money and taking no care of the property is a total waste of money!!

Only good thing about this place is, it's location. Now thousand things are there which will ruin your trip. Firstly they are taking money as a hotel and providing service like a dharmshal Or even worst than that. All the staff were drunk to another level during night shift. We just asked for an extra blanket bcz it was really cold they straight away said No. No hot water arrangement they were asking us to use the toilets in 1st floor after giving us the room in 7th floor. After that made a false commitment of providing gyser next day early in the morning, which did not hppn till the time we were there and that was for 2 days. Also the rooms were not cleaned no towels handwash were provided. Not evn corridors were clean. May be they only want to entertain people from orrisha as they were really rude to us. Also they are liars please re confirm all the details before making any payment. Govt should take care of this property as people sitting here just making it worst. Or else they should reduce there charges and make it like a dhrmshala just like the eay they are treating it.
