Hotel Shantikunja

Not so good. The rooms were not clean. The geyser didn't work. The price was too high. Room service was really bad. The view is not so great too. Bad smell of cigarette.

Very very bad service...Price is too high but no room service,tv not in working condition,no food.. bathroom tap in broken condition...very very dirty room... staffs behaviour are too bad.. they are also calling after check out to ask about room key..very very disgusting..Don't go to this hotel to waste your hardworking money🤬🤬🤬

The hotel is expensive compared to the facilities provided by them. The rooms were Ok. The hotel was untidy and there is no room service or house keeping.

We as a family had very bad experiences in this hotel , one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed, rude staff, Manager doesn't know how to talk with guest rude behaviour, no cleaning in room , dirty washroom, TV not working , Ac making noise and water drop coming out, no drinking water, service is very bad . Very bad hospitality

Overall good experience, quite good rooms equipped with geyser & air conditioner which you have to pay for separately. You have to pay upfront the whole amount. Just one concern while checking out of the hotel they miscalculated the amount of days we stayed. We were in our home that day when they were accusing us of checking in. We were checking out a day early even after paying full amount upfront. Then it got settled after a few phone calls. Overall good rooms at value for money but some of the staff should be well behaved.

Beautiful hotel I must say. The staff actually goes that extra mile to make your stay here comfortable. The best part that is so rarely seen these days is that the owner actually takes time to get your feedback. Isn't it really awesome?

When we entered the room. the room was not at all clean,and condoms were spread across the room , the service of the hotel staff was very disgusting , and also the bathroom was full of soap foam and condoms were also thrown in the basin and while we ordered food it took more than 3 hours to complete the service

Rooms are good enough. But they charge double in the season. Location is also a bit off town.
