OYO Hotel House Khas Suites

Very well maintained and clean place. Great staff. Rooms have all the basic amneties. Only drawback is the location. Difficult to get cab/auto-rickshaw. Wait times are usually 20-25 mins (Hence deducting one star) Update. I posted this review 4 yrs back when this property was managed by Fab Hotels. OYO by virtue of its existence has earned a bad name for shady things and unfortunately, for a brand which doesn't care about customer comfort I would suggest people to think twice before booking a room with them. (Deducting two stars from my old review as Oyo isn't worth it)

We had booked the room based on ratings on tripadvisor & Trivago. Firstly it is in a residential building, with no obvious signs as to where the reception was. The reception was on first floor. We reached there by about 9:30 am. We did know that the check in was at 12:00 and we requested that we be accomodated if possible. They flat refused and then when we told them about giving them a negative on tripadvisor, they immediately accommodated us in an empty room, which was in any case reserved for us. It looks like a badly maintained guest house. When we asked for breakfast, he asked us to go to a seedy restaurant, a bit away from the hotel. It should be brought to the notice of travellers that there are NO eating places anywhere nearby. The hotel itself is very far far from the station. When we protested again and offered to pay for the breakfast, they reluctantly agreed and said that they would provide only one dish in limited quantities. In our case they gave us only 4 idlis and said that as breakfast was complimentary this was all that we were entitled to. When I asked for an omelette, they asked us to talk to the manager and prepared one. The breakfast was very cold and in small proportions. We asked to check out of the hotel before 12:00 check-in time, they insisted that we pay full fare, though we used room for only 2 hours. After discussion with their head office, we offered to have them adjust the rent & breakfast against advance paid. They reluctantly agreed to this.

The location is good. hotelier provided a good service , rooms are clean and tidy. Location is perfect for couples and for business travellers. Mumbai Agra highway is two and half km away and well connected with public transport.

It was clean n neat. Keep up, we need such service in tier 2 cities as well that helps to the ever growing entrepreneurs, traders, travel agents to travel n stay at an affordable cost. Maintaining hygiene is the key!

I did not like the place, first room which they provided bathroom was not good. Ac was not working well, drops of water from ac. The house keeper were not good. There was poor hospitality and breakfast which was complimentary was very bad they just provided poha and after asking they gave us bread omlet we ask for another one they told it limited if you need it will be priced accordingly​. I hated it to my core and it was booked through Paytm. Please ensure while you check into such hotel it's very far from bus stand and even railway station. Auto took 150 to reach there from railway station. I don't prefer this to anyone, hope it will be helpful to someone. Thank you.

Only the A/c & bed are in working condition in this hotel/property. Very uncooperative staff. No hot water. No room service. No Wi-Fi. No working TV. Dirty bed-linen, the lift was not working (our rooms were on 3'rd floor). We requested food at 9 pm. which was refused bluntly. Worst of all none of it was improved even after conveying all this to the staff & customer care as well. We request you not to fool your online customers who don't know the on-site situation. & If it's unmanageable please close down. Repeating myself - It's a request. Staff is very friendly and understanding, rooms are really nice and exactly as you can see in online pics.. ||Breakfast given here is really good and menu changes every day.. ||Easily wanderable to nearby places..

Spent a night on way to Jawhar, Palghar. Convenient , near highway and still very peaceful place. Very reasonable rate, clean and refreshing rooms and premise, courteous staff. HK has many good apartment rooms for varying tastes and pockets within Nashik and in many cities and nature tourism sites.
