FabHotel Prathamesh Pride - Hotel in Wasan Nagar, Nashik

Too many negative reviews, this place deserves a positive response. Clean, spacious room, to the point, quick check in, Reasonable last minute booking, Does not have a kitchen, but obviously if you have a vehicle, you can drive to your favourite restaurant, like us, we went to Karishna Dhaba Please keep an open mind. Not a bad option at all!

Nowhere close to a 3 star hotel. booked it as Agoda mentioned it as 3 star hotel. starting with good points, there was atleast one person in hotel all the time to take care of your problems at hotel. Building, Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was provided (added separately while booking) which they got from outside. Functional AC (drips some water though) Not so good considering a 3 star hotel - Booking confirmation email said Nido Residency, Called Agoda for location and they mentioned they have booking for Prathamesh pride. actual name is Prathamesh Pride (Agoda). Google maps shows Nido Residency on main road (there is yezdi bike showroom at the location), actual location is 2.4 km away. location is bit internal, lots of dogs roaming around and fighting in evening/ night time, going out walking didn't sound safe. booking made for 2 adults and a kid(paid extra) but they mentioned it is only for 2 ppl. Towels povided, but no hand/face towels. Soap given, no shampoo/conditioner. Upon asking, they said we don't provide it. we only give soap. Toilet paper stand without toilet paper roll. No kitchen, you can't get tea or something to eat there. swiggy works though. Lift doesn't work and all rooms are 1st floor or above AND you need to carry your luggage upstairs and downstairs. Dirty drawers, balcony had lots of dust and bird droppings. broken balcony door handle. Jugaad done for mattress to look like a good one, actual mattress was 4 inch coir mattress which was hard (picture added). dirt, eaten mixture was lying on the mattress which was covered by a mattress. limited parking space, only 2 cars van be parked without blocking. lots of roadside space available though.

Being Mumbaikar, I visited with my family for 4 days and 3N for Sightseeing during Christmas Holidays. Things went that are bad in Nashik are FabHotel Prathamesh Pride and Auto-Rickshaw Driver Looting Money as there is no meter system. Glad later once I reached to hotel come to know that Nashik had Ola and Uber Services to travel across Nashik City except for Outside Destination Like Sula Vineyard, Shridi, Trimbakeshwar Mandir, and MTDC Boat Club. ############# Hotel Review ############# 1. First thing is it's not a hotel it's a service apartment so don't get scammed and booked this as it's a 3 BHK apartment. 2. Cold Breakfast Served on an Everyday basis. As there is no Kitchen in the Hotel. 3. There is only a single Front Desk Person to handle all rooms on four floors hence everything is just chaos and a completely mess because of this. 4. No Housekeeping Service every day and the Room is not clean due to this. 5. This hotel is managed by Franchise FAB hence another chaos happened to me my GrandFather got locked in the balcony and to rescue him from that situation there is no direct number provided by Hotel Staff so every time you have to call - Third Party Call Centre Person hence he was stuck in the balcony for 2 hours.

Don't ever do your booking here. It is not a hotel, it's a 3 bhk flat which is some how converted. No food and breakfast option at all. Water leakage in bathroom, bed sheet were dirty and torn. Infact bed and pillow are also not comfortable. So what else is remaining. Totally waste of money and time.

There is no such hotel named as Prathamesh pride This fab hotel has duped me with a bogus hotel. Fab hotel showed that it is a good hotel but there is no such hotel. The name is Nido something Don't go there at any cost,your money will go in vain. Worst experience of my journey. Fab hotel is a fraud Also there is no provision for food Worst hotel.

There is no sign on road for direction of hotel. Receiption is on first floor which create confusion for passenger arriving in dark. No kitchen is major drawback. Breakfast quantity was too less. Tea was not hot. Rest all went well. Receiption staff require more passenger friendly.

Well, it's a good budget hotel. First of all about the location. It's very convenient for people travelling from Mumbai because it's just 2 KM from the highway. It's 10 KM outside from the city centre. Finding the hotel is a little tricky though as there are no signboards at all. There are a few tourist spots located nearby. For most of the other spots you will have to travel far. Rooms are clean, staff is courteous, prompt and helpful. I stayed in a standard room which is compact and enough for one person and just enough to move around freely for 2. Amenities were working as advertised. I had an issue regarding the hot water but was managed somehow by the hotel staff. You have to tell them in advance if you want a dinner. Food tastes good and is reasonably priced. Few of the All in all a good hotel for spending a day or two. Good for family stay

Rooms are neat and clean. Bedding and furniture is awesome. Rooms are equipped with ACs and other requirements. Washrooms are neat and clean. Geyser are fitted. Overall awesome property.
